 @strk If you just do it for the AddSEarchPath one as you did in
 https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis/pulls/161 that's fine, since
 we don't care about losing a second or so of time for AddSearchPath. Just
 can't do it for all our functions.
