 Since:
 acdfda8ec ("Convert PostGIS manual to DocBook 5.0", 2023-07-14)

 the main table of contents of the chunked HTML manual has included a lot
 of extra information from the reference sections 7 onwards

 If printed out that now takes 9 pages of A4.
