[postgis-users] PATCH: shp2pgsql: \,' escaping, NULL attributes, gid

The attached patch to shp2pgsql.c fixes a number of glitches in
the shapefile importer:

* NULL attributes are imported as NULL now

* The gid field renaming works now (case problem)

* \ and ' are escaped and don't break the import

This should make the import more robust.
