[postgis-users] GiST/rtree indexing error fixed!

The patch from Teodor has been applied and checked into CVS. I believe that this
fixes the bug which cause the following error to be reported while creating a
GiST index using PostGIS on PostgreSQL 7.2.x:

ERROR:  MemoryContextAlloc: invalid request size 0

Thank you to Andy Turk for submitting the bug and providing data to reconstruct
the error, and thank you to Teodor and Oleg from the GiST project for providing
us with a quick fix to the picksplit algorithm!

Everyone who has encountered this error please try the new code, and report back
to the list with any further problems.
