You have to make the following change in
$postgresql/src/include/optimizer/cost.h

extern DLLIMPORT double cpu_index_tuple_cost;
//extern double cpu_index_tuple_cost;

Hi all,
   I have successfully installed cygwin and Postgresql
7.3.2 .(Note: postgresql 7.3.2 came/installed with
cygwin and I tested it). I am trying to install
postgis-0.7.4 on it. I am following the directions
from the postgis documentation and this page:

http://www.gasai.com/gisapps/WindowsHowTo.html

I get this error(at the end of the email) when I type
"make" under postgis-0.7.4. Any tips on getting this
right?? I don't know where to go from here? any help
is appreciated.
