Just run the 'autogen.sh'  script in the top directory

Actually there probably shouldn't be *any* 'Makefile.in's in the tarball
as they really don't belong in the CVS same for the libtool files
as these are *very* system and local machine dependent and are all
easily onstructed by the autogen.sh script
