[postgis-users] Troubles in the installation

Tried it with the utmost fresh postgis from cvs and postgresql-7.4
under linux (heavily modified SuSE 7.3, kernel 2.4.20).

postgis itself compiled without errors, however I had to path
pgsql2shp.c to satisfy gcc:

I moved 2 variable declarations in front of the first value assignment
in the block. Please see the attached diff
