[postgis-users] Cross posting: Postgresql 7.4 & cygwin Transactions disabled?

I have just talked to Dave Blasby - it seems that 7.4 is doing things a 
little differently on the database side of things. It seems that we 
would have to use an updated jdbc driver - and I am not sure if such a 
thing exists yet.

Ideas?
