Hi Bart,

That's close :). The initdb.exe just builds the directory structure for
an empty database to use. You also need to alter pgstart.bat to point
the postmaster.exe to the new database cluster you created using
initdb.bat. So if you change initdb.bat and pgstart.bat to point to the
same directory with the -D parameter then everything should work fine
for you.
