[postgis-users] graphs, vertices, coloring

Is there a library or utility for creating adjacency (or other 
relationship) graphs on geometry objects in a Postgis database?  It 
would be nice to have something that could, within a given boundary, 
populate a table or tables with a mathematical graph of relationships 
between geometry objects.  Having such a table, the library/utility 
would be in a position to do graph operations like coloring of 
vertices, etc.  I realize that Postgis has all those juicy relationship 
operators that could form the basis of this.
