[postgis-users] Win32 Installer for Postgis 1.0.6 now available

Hi everyone,

Apologies for the delay, however I've now updated the Win32 installers on
http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/ to the latest 1.0.6 release. Goodies include
GEOS 2.2.1, PROJ 4.4.9, and installers for PostgreSQL 8.1 users who need any
of the more recent fixes.

I've also spent some more time updating the installer, in particular adding
a "Port" box and altering some of the filenames/registry key names so that
it is now possible to have both PostgreSQL 8.0 and PostgreSQL 8.1, along
with the relevant PostGIS installers, installed on the same server.
