Hi Randy,
 
Yes, you're right - I accidentally missed it out from the installer. I've
just rebuilt the installer with the extra file on
http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/ for you. Note that I've also stripped the
DLLs which causes a significant size reduction on the DLLs and takes the
size of the installer to just under 1Mb.

            I am experimenting with the new PostGIS installer for windows.
(PG 8.0 and PostGIS 1.0 RC1 on Windows 2003)

      I am looking for the postgis_restore.pl to transfer some existing
databases to the new setup, but couldn't find it? Is this only available on
the Linux versions?
