[postgis-users] Shifted Dataset

Is this Vector-point dataset generated from US Census Tiger Line data by any chance? There are known errors in some regions in this set that affect proper geocoding.

Hello together,

i've got a problem with a vector-point dataset. The Problem ist that 
they are shifted to east and south about 12 miles. Is it possible to 
"repair" this shift with PostGIS?
