[postgis-users] installing postgis in Ubuntu 5.10(Breezy)

the *c2 dependency is been automatically added on relevant platforms only.
if you make postgis from sources in an 4.01 environment, the dependency
will be libgeos2, instead of libgeos2c2.
i'm sending the sources, so that you will try and be convinced.
