[postgis-users] Win32 Installer for Postgis 1.0.4 now available

I've just updated the Win32 installer to PostGIS 1.0.4, GEOS 2.1.4 and PROJ
4.4.9. Head over to the usual http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/ to download the
installer (and optionally the installer source).
