FOSS GIS in Africa WAS Re: [postgis-users] postgis & php

That is very cool, Scott.  I have been working on developing a free  
gis workshop for conservation managers in Latin America.  although  
this project is for a us non-profit, the latin american workshop is  
also a motivation for doing this.  I'd definitely be interested in  
contributing however I can.  (Minimal though it may be)
