Great news folks!  I've finally found a little free time to work on
zigGIS and all I can say is FINALLY we have persistence!  That means
you can add a zigGIS layer, save it to your project, and reopen it
later.

This also means this is the first time zigGIS is actually somewhat
useful.  Hurray!

I want to clean up some things, but in a day or two I'll check in the
new source.  Maybe I'll make a new release as well.
