Can the PostGIS manual be updated in PDF format? The current version is 1.0.0 at: http://postgis.refractions.net/docs/postgis.pdf I tried to create a version using docbook to XSL-FO and then FOP but didn't get great results. Thanks! Bruce Rindahl
