Folks,

I am trying to use data from Nepalese government maps. These give
good projection information, but there appears to be no SRID that
corresponds to their projection. The information given is as follows:

Spheroid: Everest 1830. (No reference to corrections or adjustments)
Projection: Modified UTM
Origin: 84° E 0° N
False coordinates of origin: 500 000m Easting, 0m Northing
Scale factor at central meridian 0.9999.

Now, if there is no SRID that corresponds, should I simply invent one?

-WBTD.
