[postgis-users] PostgreSQL 8.3.8 and 8.4.1 out

Just to clarify the point--

If I have versions earlier than PostGIS 1.4 and PostgreSQL 8.4, I need
to run one of the upgrade scripts, right?  (I am running 1.3.5/8.3.7)
