[postgis-users] negative buffer

Hi all,

The following query (negative buffer) stop my current postgreSQL connection
and rollback the other connections:

The message is the following :

server closed the connection unexpectedly

        This probably means the server terminated abnormally

        before or while processing the request.

The connection to the server was lost. Attempting reset: Failed.

Therefore the multipolygon is valid (function isvalid).

If I try buffer on the 2 polygons separately, it works. One result is empty
polygon.

Is there a problem with this object, with my installation, with my query or
negative buffer?

PS: I'm using postgreSQL 8.3.7, Postgis 1.3.4 et geos 3.0.3
