I get errors from pgsql2shp

The problem is that the .sql file is not complete with all the features from the .shp

My versions:
Postgresql 8.4.4 compiled from source with:
CONFIGURE = '--enable-thread-safety' '--with-perl' '--enable-nls=es' '--with-libxml' '--with-libxslt' '--with-openssl'

Postgis 1.5.1
 pgsql2shp
RCSID: $Id: pgsql2shp.c 5181 2010-02-01 17:35:55Z pramsey $ RELEASE: 1.5 USE_GEOS=1 USE_PROJ=1 USE_STATS=1

My operating system:
Centos 5.
Linux localhost.localdomain 2.6.18-194.11.3.el5 #1 SMP Mon Aug 30 16:19:16 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux.

/sbin/ldconfig -v | grep libc.s
libc.so.6 -> libc-2.5.so
libc.so.6 -> libc-2.5.so

Also include the shp files

Here is the output

shp2pgsql -s 32614 -I -W cp1252 loc11_utm_wgs84_z14n.shp localidades > localidades.sql
