[postgis-users] PostGIS Raster with Map Server

no i dont know about them.. but anyhow now i am able to get that raster
layer. (I think there was some permission issue in database tables). But
now I am having artifacts in my raster image. I can see orthogonal black
lines in my output image. Are they because of tiling ..I am not able to get
that.. please help !
