[postgis-users] postgis-jdbc-2.1.5.jar

When compiling the postgis jdbc jar (i.e. postgis-jdbc-2.1.3.jar) from source the maven pom file has the version as 2.1.4dev by default in the postgis2.1.5 source.

Is this a mistake or is a different version of the postgis packaged jdbc jar considered stable?
