[postgis-users] Using liblwgeom for for postgis 1.5

Hello,

I am developing a postgres extension that depends on lwgeom. For the latest
postgis, I am just using the header:

#include "liblwgeom.h"

But this doesn't seem to exist in this way in postgis 1.5

How should one include the liblwgeom header?
