[postgis-users] PostGIS 2.2 Debian package based on Postgresql 9.5 for trusty ( ubuntu 14.04)

Hi Pallavi

I used a Postgres 9.5 from the postgres pgdg repository, and compiled
everything else from scratch (Trusty).

I used Vincent Picavet's pggis dockerfile as a guide:

He used cgal 4.3 and sfcgal from git

It worked a charm for me.
