[postgis-users] postgis-gui unable install on centos 6.5

Dear Sir,
I have problem in installing postgis-gui for pgadmin3 with postgresql 9.5.3
on cent os. Kindly help me in resolving the issue.

I am new to database and I have many shapefiles to load in, if i have the
gui enabled on pgadmin3 it will ease up my workflow.

I have modified the plugins.ini file and it seems to have no action on
pgadmin.

How can i install postgis-gui/shapefile loader on centos? kindly help.
