[postgis-users] [XX000] ERROR: AddToPROJ4SRSCache: could not parse proj4 string

As of yesterday GDAL will now throw an error at configure if
--with-static-proj4 is not enabled when ESRI FGDB is installed -so hopefully
I'll be the last person to have this issue.
