Need Help

Hello All,
Im using postgres 12 and 3.0.4 Postgis version. I installed postgis 3.3.2 but didn't run "alter extension pgagent UPDATE;"

And I get this errors below. Is this errors releated to this update if not what causes to this erros, what is solution.
