You might consider using OGR from <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.gdal.org/ogr/">http://www.gdal.org/ogr/</a> <br>
with the ogr2ogr.exe commandline tool, you might be able to convert
directly into postGIS from an Oracle DB. <br>
You can download ogr as part of the fwtools at
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://fwtools.maptools.org/">http://fwtools.maptools.org/</a><br>

Formats describe that OGR has read/write support for both spatial
databases. I do know the syntax to convert ESRI shape into postGIS:<br>
<br>
ogr2ogr -overwrite -f "PostgreSQL" PG:"host=localhost user=gis_user
dbname=gismain password=gis" -nln road "C:\mapdata\data\myRoads.shp"<br>
<br>
when translating this to a direct conversion from Oracle spatial you
will come to something like:<br>
<br>
ogr2ogr -overwrite -f "PostgreSQL" PG:"host=localhost user=gis_user
dbname=gismain password=gis" -nln road
"OCI:userid/password@database_instance:table,table"<br>
<br>
Unfortunately I haven't been able to test this, I have no OCI client
and no Oracle Spatial DB available. But it should be possible!<br>
