password (in pgAdmin or in the PostGIS installation wizard), I copy it from the
password manager. Maybe the wizard has a problem with pasting the password

in the password in the wrong case is the only reason I can think why you would

III and such. When I run the PostGIS 1.3.1 installation executable, I get
