Hi Arto,<br><br>    What is the error? What do you want to say? Please cleary mention your error or problem. What I made out is that you are getting an error "DB being accessed by other users". If this is what you want to say, then just click on the server name in the left hand side column of your pgAdmin and then click on the refresh button at the top. Then try creating your DB again.<br>
