As result of following, i found README.shp2pgsql in postgis2<br>
rpm package, but not found the shp2pgsql binary.<br>

   $ rpm -ql postgis2_95-2.2.4-1.rhel6.x86_<wbr>64 | grep shp2pgsql<br>
   /usr/share/doc/postgis2_95-2.<wbr>2.4/README.shp2pgsql<br>
