Here's what i took from EPSG:

28992=Dutch national grid (RD New);proj=stere lat_0=52.1561605555555
lon_0=5.38763888888888 k=0.9999079 x_0=155000 y_0=463000
towgs84=593.16,26.15,478.54 ellps=bessel

28991=Dutch national grid (RD Old);proj=stere lat_0=52.1561605555555
lon_0=5.38763888888888 k=0.9999079 x_0=0 y_0=0 towgs84=593.16,26.15,478.54
ellps=bessel

At the time i checked this (over a year ago) i remember there was a problem
with the 5/7 parameter datum shifts, i discussed this with frank, who may
have fixed that in a later release. (?)

Good luck,

Bart Adriaanse
