Bart,

In PROJ 4.6.0 no datum shift is applied if either the source or
destination coordinate system have datum definitions.

I would suggest using

   +proj=utm +zone=32 +ellps=GRS80 +units=m +towgs84=0,0,0 +no_defs

for the output coordinate system.
