[Proj] Coordinate change transforming to EPSG:4326

23029, it's better :D, the understanding name is ED50 / UTM zone 29N

And when you say ED50 and WGS84, I will answer datum shift. Datum shift has
a trac ticket http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/ticket/32 and for extrem west
europa the CoordinateTransformation EPSG code is 1145.

But the shift only on latitude coordinate is weird. Also, as you have the
same results with Proj 4.4.6 and Proj 4.6.1, and a various result with Proj
4.6.1 the problem should be with PostGIS !

Have you tried another conversion software in order to compare these results
?
