The grids provided on the CDN are versioned controlled in the PROJ-data
repository: https://github.com/OSGeo/proj-data <https://github.com/OSGeo/proj-data>

The purpose is the same as for the proj-datumgrid, this is just a fresh start
following the changes caused by RFC4.
