Your archive is more recent. It dates from 2008/11/20, whereas the one I found was
from 2005/03/19, with no identified version number (I've verified that there are
actually files modified at that date in the CVS ids, and none afterward.
I've updated my repo to tag both versions, and default as master to one you exhibited.

git is smart enough to detect the file move and different naming conventions (PJ_foo vs proj_foo)
and give a reasonably reviewable (huge) diff between both:
