    <p>Since part of the discussion seems to be about a file format for

      grids: OGC has a meeting next week in Toulouse with the CRS

      working group meeting on Monday at 16:30 local time [1].  I do not

      know if this is coincidence, but a proposed agenda item is

      "Proposal for a standard geodetic grid file". As far as I know

      this is just about starting the discussion at OGC; I don't think

      there is a draft yet.</p>
