Hello,<br>

Using the PostgreSQL dump of EPSG v10.021, I've identified the 3
following issues:<br>
<br>
- null (in a SQL meaning, not 0) parameter values for the
translation values of the 3 Helmert transformations EPSG:1076
"PSAD56 to WGS 84 (13)", EPSG:1077 "La Canoa to WGS 84 (2)" and
EPSG:1581 "SIRGAS 1995 to WGS 84 (1)".<br>
<br>
- transformation EPSG:9728 "ETRS89 to Cagliari 1956 height (1)"
lacks a parameter value for the grid name<br>
<br>
- null parameter value for the 'False northing' parameter of
conversion EPSG:12103 "Michigan State Plane West zone"<br>
