I am on vacation June 1st hence the</div><div class="">release date of June 8th for 9.0.1. </div></div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">In case a severe bug shows up and an urgent fix is necessary we may issue an</div><div class="">ad hoc patch release.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Contrary to the last five years we will NOT have a new major version release on </div><div class="">March 1st 2023. We’ve worked our way through all the big changes that required</div><div class="">bumping the major version numbers. I expect the 9.x branch of PROJ to live on</div><div class="">for at least five years.
