I would like to nominate Alan Snow to the PROJ PSC. Alan is the lead developer of the pyproj library, and he has been very helpful in iterating many of the new features and APIs that PROJ has added as it has grown recently. pyproj has a substantial installed base, and it is a primary mechanism in which developers and users interact with PROJ. <br>

I would be excited for Alan to continue helping PROJ by formally joining the PSC to shape its direction going forward.<br>
