<div>Hi</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Is there any projected CRS in PROJ, where I can set an angle with the "north" (or something kind of equivalent) as a parameter of the projection?</div>
<div>The only one I found is Oblique Transverse Mercator, but I have some numerical problems with it.</div>
<div>I would like to try a different one if there is any available.</div>
<div></div>
<div>I need a CRS that I can express as a PROJCRS in WKT.<br>
</div>

<div>Thank you,</div>
