We use to keep old grids on the CDN even when they are removed in
a later version of PROJ-data. That way people things will still
work for people that use an older PROJ version

Are we completely sure that nobody no longer use
nl_nsgi_naptrans2018.tif ?
I thought I removed that grid from PROJ when I corrected
the metadata of the other GeoTIFF grids for the Netherlands,
but apparently I missed something. It doesn’t make sense to
distribute that grid as GeoTIFF, because it is only usable
for PROJ versions that did not yet support GeoTIFF.
