I thought I removed that grid from PROJ when I corrected
the metadata of the other GeoTIFF grids for the
Netherlands, but apparently I missed something. It doesn’t
make sense to distribute that grid as GeoTIFF, because it
is only usable for PROJ versions that did not yet support
GeoTIFF. </span></p>
