<p>Digging a bit into this thread, it seems that <a

would probably be a reasonable starting point if you don't want to
start from scratch. I see that Thomas had some comments about
potential adjustments.</p>
<p>(As far as not finding troublesome that software I'm involved
with doesn't do what others would it want to do, luckily I've
learnt to bear imperfection. And, trying to make me feel culprit
about it is neither an effective nor a fair strategy. I'm only
likely to return on that subject if a customer has a need for
that, and with strong hesitation given how tricky this has been!)<br>

time-dependent transformation for the third island as soon

geoid is the most basic transformation from an international
3D geographic CRS to a national projected CRS and a national

PROJ needs a workaround for that? I really hope you will be
able to
