    <p>But I'm puzzled by the content of stable.
      <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://proj.org/en/stable/download.html">https://proj.org/en/stable/download.html</a> points to 9.4.1 as the
      latest release, but
      <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://readthedocs.org/projects/osgeo-proj/versions/">https://readthedocs.org/projects/osgeo-proj/versions/</a> indicates
      that stable corresponds to commit <span
        class="right-menu quiet version-branch">0a407325 which is the </span><a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ/commits/9.5.0">https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ/commits/9.5.0</a>
      tag. I've triggered a manual build of stable in the RtD UI again,
      but to no avail. Not sure what's going on there.<br>
