<p>Ah, well, this is due to the merging of
<a href="https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ/pull/4249" target="_blank">https://github.com/OSGeo/PROJ/pull/4249</a>, which is a commit to
honour [ci skip] for RTD. But as that commit is the last one in
master currently, and it does include "[ci skip]" in its commit
message, well, the doc didn't get rebuilt as expected :-)</p>
<p>I've just pushed a dummy commit to trigger a rebuild:
