I don't understand what the point is, even though I could guess a few<br>
things, perhaps damage to the community caused by LLMs and those who are<br>
willing to use them.  I don't think it's proper for osgeo as a group (or<br>
any other group that isn't specifically constituted as politcal<br>
activism) to cross into politics other than what directly bears on<br>
osgeo's work (e.g. non-open data from governments, LLM-caused problems<br>
in the osgeo world).<br>

I don't follow asking people to approve a general strike for no stated<br>
reason with reasons to be provided later, that they might or might not<br>
want to sign onto.<br>

Overall, I feel like I must be missing some context.<br>
