We're using it as part of the CARIS Spatial Fusion Enterprise Server.

We have customers in Europe, North America, Asia so all of the CRS 
related to those regions are the ones we would expect our users to make 
use of, including common Geodetic CRSes as well.  This is how Fitz 
discovered the issue about EPSG:28992.  :)

None that I can think of right now.  We'll use the ticket system if we 
can think of any.
